privacy, kept simple.
what this site collects, what it loads from other services, and how to change your mind. last updated october 24, 2026.
what we collect
when you send the contact form, netlify, the company that hosts this site, keeps what you wrote and passes it to mölly's management, who use it only to reply. if sending fails, your own email app opens instead with your message filled in, and it arrives as an ordinary email.
stay in the loop
when you join the list, netlify keeps your email or phone number (and, from a show's "notify me", which show) for mölly's management, who use it only to tell you about shows and new music. you can leave any time: reply to any message, or write to mollymusicmgmt@gmail.com.
the retreats list works the same way: netlify keeps your email for mölly's management, who use it only to tell you when retreats open.
analytics
google analytics counts visits, shows which pages people find, and what they press: tickets, listen, the store, the players, sign-ups and messages (only that a message was sent and what it was about, never what it says). it sets cookies (their names start with _ga) and sends details of your visit to google, such as the pages you view, your browser and an approximate location. google's advertising features are switched off.
in the european union, the uk, iceland, liechtenstein, norway and switzerland, it only runs if you say yes when asked; if you say no, or never answer, it doesn't load. everywhere else it runs unless you turn it off below. which applies is worked out by netlify from your connection when a page loads; it isn't stored. wherever you are, a no is kept.
cookies and browser storage
- this site sets no cookies of its own.
- it keeps one small note in your browser: your analytics answer, so you aren't asked again.
- while you write on the contact page, it keeps your unsent message in your browser, so a refresh doesn't lose it. it never leaves your device, and it's cleared once the message is sent.
- google analytics cookies: where you're asked, only if you say yes; elsewhere, unless you turn analytics off.
- spotify's cookies: the album player in music loads as you scroll near it on the home page, so spotify may set its cookies then.
other services
a few things on the site come from other companies, each with its own privacy policy:
- netlify: hosts this site and keeps what you send through its forms (the list and the contact form). netlify's privacy policy
- spotify: the album player in music loads as you scroll near it on the home page, so spotify then learns of your visit (your ip address and browser) and may set cookies; the one in the listen panel loads only when you press play. album covers come from spotify's image servers. spotify's privacy policy
- youtube: live sets and the album documentary on about play through youtube's privacy-enhanced player, only when you press play; the poster images come from youtube's image servers. google's privacy policy
- enhanced music: the merch and vinyl links go to their store.
- links to instagram, apple music, soundcloud, deezer and the 22 link page take you to those sites, under their own policies.
- hosting: the company that hosts this site may keep standard server logs, such as ip address and browser, for security.
the fonts are served from this site, so no request goes to google for them.
